The 166.23 TX record for repeater shows more info such as callsign which can identify other frequencies
under same license (in this case none) input frequency, TX ERP etc.

160.575 may be Ontario Southland Railway that runs through Woodstock and joins with Canadian Pacific.

I suspect a local yard freq. There are few of these low power channels at various yards around Huron/Lambton/Perth. TAFL sometimes shows them sometimes doesnt. The best time to check is when there are trains moving in or through the yards.
