Norfolk PD Shooting

Wellington and Stanley, have an Officer and a suspect down. Heard one Officer advise the suspect had a AR type rifle, Multiple PD and NFR units. Their is also one other suspect outstanding, The scene is still unsafe for Fire, but they are tending to the unresponsive

11:10, calling out SOT and Hostage Negotiation Team with Bomb Squad. Medic 12 advising 150.

Admin operations are on 2nd Alt and Operations for SOT are on 2nd Tac, the outstanding suspects mother is being debriefed. He supposedly has a bookbag with 2 AR-15 rifles and a 40 caliber handgun.

I agree with the Chief, " I'm a police officer just like them and we lost one of our brothers and it hurts. Evidentally the SOB they killed was shooting them with an RPK. Crazy *** night
