160.950 is where most of the useful traffic will be.
If you hear the dispatcher tell a train "go to channel 2", they're talking about 160.245 (TX) and 160.830 (RX). You probably won't really need to listen to those much, unless you venture out towards Hampton and Lovejoy over on the old Central, which is all dark territory to hear the dispatcher issue track warrants.
