Laughing last night as I heard Norman PD Dispatch wanting an officer to go and talk to a bratty kid that the parent couldn't control. Response from the officer was something along the lines of "10-4, acknowledge bad parenting skills". Dispatcher laughed, and said "That's what I thought".
