Norman TRS Down?

A reliable source told me that all Norman TRS traffic is on the Norman DPS site using the RMA's for all traffic (RMA CN 2E/2F).

Does anyone know what is/was up? I cannot hear either site at my location.

I have been listening most of the afternoon and things have been normal during that time frame with both DPS and Norman's system.
