What type of encryption does North air care use

It’s been awhile since I checked this but last I checked they were using ADP encryption.

We are still using ADP Encryption for our crews in Minnesota. Air Care 6 out of Siren, WI. is dispatched via WISCOM and is not Encrypted.

Is it a technical reason or a policy reason for why they're not encrypted on WISCOM?

Not particularly. It just wasn't part of the plan at the time. Perhaps if we add ships in the future in Wisconsin, we may at that time.

With the various software that can indicate what cypher is being used, it's no secret by any means.
