North attleboro pd (bristol county)

For some reason north attleboro police has been only using their channel 2 for all operations 471.3625 [NAC: 2AFh]. Have not encountered any encryption being used for the last few days. Have not heard anything on their channel 1 470.8875 [NAC:1AFh] in a few days.

I was just coming to post on that same topic. I noticed in my recordings the same as you, only Channel 2 seems to be active now.

Operations have been temporarily moved to Ch-2 due to maintenance on Ch-1. Also, Ch-2 is clear, not encrypted.

Hope they are not updating to encrypted but i think they always had that option so maybe not.

It's an RF issue being dealt with, no plans for encryption. Both channels remain in the clear.

Great thanks for the response
