Does anybody monitor this site in Orangeburg County? I used to hear quite a bit of traffic but even with all the activity I have heard nothing for quite some time...

I can hear aircraft working at North Field check in with North Field CCT on 120.475/235.775 from Savannah from time to time when they're high enough. I also heard some activity on both frequencies on Monday and Tuesday when I was in the Columbia area.

They're not always there. The CCT guys are typically there TDY out of Pope. Depending on the ops tempo, they may stop training at North for a while.

Whether it's CCT or not, I hear activity on the frequencies three to five days/nights a week. Just today I've heard PRIME 35 (C-17A, 07-7181, 317th AS) and TURTLE 06 (C-17A, 97-0046, 701st AS) and yesterday when I was in Columbia, I caught EPIC 31 (C-17A, 90-0532, 145th AW). It's definitely active.

I'd venture to say you're going to have C-17s out of Charleston up there pretty much daily.
