North Central Fire Protection District (Fresno)

I have heard that the North Central Fire Protection District will stop contracting fire services with the City of Fresno and is restarting their fire department in July. The database shows their original frequencies as being used as Fresno's dispatch frequencies so I don't know if North Central will take them back or new frequencies are going to be used. Just a heads up.

The likely scenario will be that dispatching won’t change. The dispatch center already dispatches all other fire traffic for everyone else in the county, so there’s no reason to change.
