They are listed in the DB as full-time “E.”

Just a few minutes ago heard dispatch in the clear.

It may have only been for a single transmission, or maybe for other towns to monitor?

Anyone have further?

Not sure what happened, my post didn't work. I have heard that dispatch has been in the clear from time to time.
