North Las Vegas PD

I am visiting in the area, I pout in both trunked systems for North Las Vegas and have heard absolutely nothing. Are they on another system or are they 100% Pro-Vopice and unmonitorable? Anyone knowing the answer and reesponding let me thank you in advance.

NLVPD is on the county's 800MHz Mot system. They mostly use TG's 36688 (South), 36720 and 35248. The old system is no longer in use.
