It appears that as of 2 days ago, North Lincoln Co. has migrated to Wyolink. Still some odd traffic on their FM but only when dispatch has the wrong button flipped. Talk group 1404, they have moved Afton PD, Thayne PD, and LCSO over to digital. Hearing the interopabilty with LCSO and WY HP has been good. All the FM repeaters appear to be operational but unused.
