Lifestar Air Medical Helicopter Service has been bought by Air Evac.Lifestar with bases in Sherman,Killeen,Greenville,Decatur,Granbury,and was dispatched by American Medical Responce in Dallas is now dispatched by Air Evac on 151.5050 with different DCS tones for different repeaters and 158.400 DCS 125 in Greenville.

Mike do you happen to know what frequencies Air Evac is using in Decatur and Glen Rose now?
I heard them mention towers in both places and I heard a helicopter on 151.505 DCS 155
but that isn't one of the codes you posted a while back.

I confirmed the Decatur freq is 151.505 DCS 226. That means DCS 155 is probably Glen Rose.

I can hear Lifestar 4 (Decatur) out here in Plano on my rubber duckie so they must be putting out some power. Anyone have a list of the different bases that Lifestar has in Texas?

I re-identified 151.5050 DCS 143 as SHERMAN TOWER, last night. are they Dispatching from AMR HQ or Cent-Comm via Modem/Microwave to the towers? LifeStar-1 uses this channel/tower a bunch. does this make it CH-01 aswell?

As far as I know everything is dispatched out of Cent-Comm (Air Evac's HQ in MO) via some type of RoIP.
