Northampton County Dispatch Changes

Hi
I am having a Problem Understanding & Confussed Northampton County NEW Frequencies.. I own a Uniden BC996XT UnidenDirect - Digital Mobile Scanner with 25,000 Channels and GPS Support So Do I need to program all these frequencies listed in RR.com Northampton County, Pennsylvania (PA) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference & Updates to hear all the new changes can u just check this links out and get a good look at it and get back to me it makes me a little confussed. ???

If you read the update on the county's website, you will see that there were only a few changes. The database shows more stuff as green or yellow because when I was making the changes, I reordered things, fixed typos, and made other minor changes. Most of the frequencies are the same as they were before I was in there futzing around.
Are the Police VHF freqs being phased out as well? I see they are no longer on there, but I still here North PD on 154.860.
