Now if they painted it black it look like a hearse! Which is probably why it's not painted black like so many other Fed vehicles...

In Army garb and the Pacific Northwest, the new CST vehicles are white, instead of dark blue, when the Air Force/Air National Guard were doing the work. This is the entire fleet, Suburban, armored chemical weapons detection rig (has the mass spectrometer in it), and pickup truck support fleet.

Looks like some upgrades are in progress.

I also find it interesting that WHCA still uses the term "Roadrunner" Rigs when the ones shown do not have the huge VHF antennas on the rear corners, that made for that term "Roadrunner" like the bird and its tail feathers.

If was two long antennas in the rear, I think you're referring to HF antennas. Once they got reliable UHF SATCOM & cellphones they dropped the two (for diversity receive) HF antennas but sometimes operated with one. The 32MHz 'Able' channel antenna was also quite long back in the day but not set-up in pairs.
