WINTER STORM WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE MONDAY NIGHT
THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING.
* TIMING...SNOW IS EXPECTED TO OVERSPREAD THE AREA LATE MONDAY
NIGHT AND BECOME HEAVY ON TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT. SNOW
SHOULD TAPER TO SNOW SHOWERS ON WEDNESDAY WITH SNOW SHOWERS MOST
NUMEROUS OVER NORTHWEST PORTIONS OF THE WATCH AREA. NORTH TO
NORTHWEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE TUESDAY NIGHT AND
WEDNESDAY... CAUSING BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.
