Northern Lights

not sure if this is the right area to post, my question is will these coronal mass ejections (which cause northern lights) have any affect on radio DX and Skip conditions? will there be greater, reduced or no change at all?

Haven't noticed any kind of service interruptions here (yet). But I was hoping to have at least a chance to see the lights and of course since this is Pa it's always cloudy, even tonight when it was supposed to be clear. Such is our luck, but at least there hasn't been any noticeable issues from it here.
