Northern Siskiyou County Repeater

My feed is programmed for the Sheriff (155.310) but I can only hear the local traffic (squad cars) transmitting. I cant hear the dispatcher (incomming) from Yreka, CA. Does anyone know what the frequency is, or the location of the repeater? Is it Hammacker Mt.?
