Northern Va Airports IAD

Hello everyone.
I live over In Montgomery Co. MD.
Before rebanding I used to be able to pick up Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority system, now after rebanding I can't.

I have a Uniden 396T with firmware 3.02.02 the newest.
Using ARC396Pro
I downloaded it from RR Database, then set it for rebanding on the tool bar. Do hear anything.
Something not set right on my scanner.
