Northern VA Training or Broken

For most of today all normal feqs for the PD and FD have been play a loop of fire and police incidents over and over like a broken record. At first I thought they were training. But their the same voices and running in about 20-30 min. repititions.

Anyone know what they use for freqs during this time?
