Newb here. I have been reading a bunch but I am still not sure about a couple of things...

I just picked up a couple of USB Dongles for a software defined radio setup. Before I go to too much trouble with trunking, Will I be able to pick up anything on the Bell FleetNet - Ontario Provincial Government Zone 2 system from Campbellford?

I have been listening to the Fire Department on a UV5R for some time but would like to switch over to SDR and listen to other agencies as well.

What will I be able to pick up in Campbellford with a beginner set up?

if you program Bell Fleetnet zone 2 for your area,you will hear quite a bit.check the database for Northumberland County

It wasn't me at the Timmies Randy... I do know a local guy in a ham radio club loves them. Probably him??? I love mine too. It works great for my purposes! Mostly listening but it sure is a powerful GMRS/FRS when you need it

Site 20 CAMPBL 142.6650 MHz. control channel, located at 44.275605, -77.848051 which is 5.3 Km. Southwest of Campbellford according to Google Maps.
It should boom in!
