I have been streaming Norwalk, CT analog since 9/2016, they have just gone to digital, and according to newspaper they are now on the Connecticut Land Mobile Network, but the frequency's are listed anywhere, anyone have any ideas?0 Am using SDS200 with fresh database, nothing online. Want to keep streaming!

They are encrypted, so you won't be able to monitor them.
The talk group was posted earlier today
Numerous threads discussing this, they seem to suggest full encryption on TGID 20302. Welcome to the RR forums
So they cannot be scanned at all?

You won't hear anything intelligible. So no. Chances are the scanner will skip right over it.
Ty for real answer, been broadcasting this feed for 7 years, will all go down. Only other I hosted was on Maui, Hawaii, but that scanner burned in the fire... they were p25, just not encrypted, I didn't realize the difference, and it seems so wrong.
