I am using 2 dongles, DSDPlus and Unitrunker. It all works fine except that I can not download the source labels from Fairfax County, VA or Arlington, VA.
I have the ID and other numbers correct.

I have successfully downloaded RR information for Montgomery County, MD but not Fairfax or Arlington.
The Download box comes up after I enter my name and password but it stays there and doesn't download.

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong.
Any things to check?
Thanks,
Larry KN4XW

How long ago did you download Montgomery County, and what version of Unitrunker are you using?

Thanks for your response.
I am using Unitrunker version 1.0.33.5 and I downloaded Montgomery County info from RR about 3 weeks ago. The download progress bar for Fairfax County, VA and Arlington, VA never moves. They're stuck.

As noted in the linked thread above, RadioReference has very recently changed access to its database to a more secure mode which requires https. Unitrunker V 1.xx uses http to download data, and needs to be updated. The developer of Unitrunker stated in the linked thread that V 1.xx will be updated at some point, but hasn't promised a date.

Got it. Thanks. I will practice patience.

I downloaded the new version of Unitrunker 2.0.0.73. It has a new look and built in digital decoder along with new https link to RR.
Do you have a link? I got a 404.
Read this thread, in particular the posts made by myself and Unitrunker2:
