Not Active?

What is the difference between "Not Active" and "Offline".

I noticed the Rocky Mountain Rescue Feed was 'Not Active' today, whereas the other feeds were listed as Offline.

Not active means offline. Its just what we normally put for Skywarn feeds and other feeds with exceptions.
