Hello!
I have dsdplus fl using raw audio from a tapped pro-652

I have signal via the audio scope. And using -m1 analog transmission passthrough with no problem.

However.
So does the digital signals. Instead of decoding and output voice. It just passes through the analog digital noise.

Okay I have it decoding however the digital decided audio comes through at a very high level and the audio passed through using -m1 is almost unheard. Is there away to level out the two?

You can use the up/down arrows in DSD+ to control the volume of the digital audio.

If the analog audio is too quiet, that's an issue with your tap interface or the mic / line in level in the Windows sound settings.
