166.5125 which is normally encrypted here in Asheville, is open occasionally today. The transmitters are conducting "V.H.F. radio checks", using their radio identity names. The NAC is the usual 001. A P 25 transmission. Odd.

Yes, no doubt about that. I have found that with this group active, I find it best to be reasonable and prudent about typing specifics of the content. You certainly understand what I mean. It is very interesting, but sometimes we just have to leave it there, the better part of valor. I would like to discuss this one with you, since you have experience in these bands.
