not enough mA to charge?

I got a Pro-164 from soemone on rr.com and they sent a charger for it but it is only 300mA where as the 164 needs 400mA, i know it should still run it fine because the radio can handle a little less or little extra milliamps, but does anyone know how effective it will be for charging the radio still?
