Not Getting E-mail Notes

I update my info because my Verizon account got deleted [because I kept getting bounce backs of no such accounts, so I deleted it.] I just changed it the other day & even tested it on my end [OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6.0] & it is in there, & I thought I did it wrong on here. So I copied & paste my e-mail address on my info, but am still getting no notice of any replies & I have gotten some on here.

When I tried to e-mail you , the message I got was :
Sorry! That user has specified that they do not wish to receive emails.
