Not hearing Lancaster County Police

I use to hear Lancaster county Pa. police what the scanner does now it displays a frequency but with no voice. i just downloaded the nxdn could that be the culprit

To my knowledge, Lancaster County police are on this P25 system and are more or less fully encrypted...(I could be wrong).

NXDN shouldn't really matter.

If you had taken a look in the RR database, you would see why they are quiet. They are all 'DE' which means they are encrypted. 536 will not pass audio on encrypted TGID's.

I believe they encrypted all PD comms.

Yes Lancaster County went full time Encryption on all Law Enforcement talkgroups..

To alleviate any confusion, yes, you used to be able to hear them. The switch to full encryption was a recent change.
