Not Hearing The Dispatch

Hi,
I live in Pierce county. I listen to the Pierce county wide dispatch, and also my local fire department. How come I only hear them being dispatched through the Pierce Wide and not on their specific frequency?

Firecom dispatches all traffic on 153.8900 then the units respond on their area frequency. Central Pierce Dist 6 is dispatched by Tacoma Fire on 156.2400 then their units respond on F15 that is 154.16 also F3 for Pierce County. Sometimes they use a Tacoma trunked frequency. Puyallup has their own trunked system and dispatches on 153.8900. Other OPS frequencies are:

154.355 – West County
154.160 – Central Pierce
154.295 – East side
154.325 – East side
154.385 – East side
