not picking up hpd in ct

I live in ct my 536 hp is not picking up hartford police i reprogram it and still nothing my 436 works fine what did i do wrong

Check to make sure that service types are enabled correctly. Check to make sure that no avoids are set for the Hartford system.

Recheck all of the programming for Hartford.

Also make sure monitor is on.

Upload your 436 file to the 536 if the 436 is working. That should make all the radio settings identical. Don't know what to tell you if that doesn't work.

If that doesn't work, consider replacing the SD card in the 536, as it may be starting to fail.
