Not Receiving DMR

Per the FCC license, it's 5 frequencies for DMR simplex, 5 watt MOs only. No other emissions listed besides DMR.

Would it say encrypted if it was -I don't know if I got something missing in the program the reason I can't get audio .

Upgrade loaded for DMR

I have loaded the upgrade for the DMR, how ever I can't seem to get any DMR channels. And from what I am seeing I have plenty of them in my area. I'm sure that I am loading the channels correctly. But nothing seems to come In. Anyone know when radio reference and uniden all will be on the same page with the data base.
