Not receiving talkgroup anymore?

Hi All..I am using the BC246T scanner. I download into the scanner for Pinellas County, Florida, the system for PSTA. The scanner scans but never hits on anything anymore? Did the rebanding start for Pinellas County yet? I was thinking that could be one reason why I can't hear anything. I was using Brand X to program my scanner but am having problems with the way it uploads and downloads to the scanner. I am also having problems with Brand Y. I didn't want to be trying to fix a problem if there is none. Also if they reband wouldn't the frequencies change? How would you know beside not hearing anything? Is the way the system looks after uploading and downloading back into the software different? Did Radioreference change the way the talkgroups and frequencies are exported? psta had coms a couple days ago on the RR listed channels and non-listed channels. i don't think anything has changed. don't know your scanner, maybe a something is locked out.

Hi..The reason why I asn't receiving anything is for some reason when importing from RR all the frequencies were not being imported. This was being done even if I did control channels only or not. Thanks for the suggestions and help..Cheers..Keithmj
