Not receiving

I have a bcd436 and live in the Matthews NC area I have loaded the channels for Charlotte FD and Mecklenburg county but am not hearing the OPS channels only dispatch.

Which scanner do you have? The heading says BCDx96XT. If you have a BCD436HP and using Sentinel software, go to the Edit tab and click on Edit Profile. Click on the Service Types tab and enable the EMS Tac, Fire Tac, and Law Tac service types. Click on the X in the upper right corner of the profile editor page to close the profile editor. Go to the File tab and click on Save. When you first install Sentinel, only the Dispatch service types are enabled. Using the scanner, press MENU (Lower half of button on left side of scanner) > Scroll to Select Service Types > Press E > Scroll to EMS Tac, Fire Tac, and Law Tac, and press E to enable each one (E toggles the service type on and off). > Press SYSTEM to exit the menus. You will probably want to enable all of the Tac and Talk service types as well as Emergency Ops and Interop and any other service type you wish to include.

Thank you for response I am now receiving ops channels
