When scanning CHP frequencies (all conventional) the 700 MHz Vehicular Repeater System and BASE frequencies do not get scanned. I tried loading these separately into their own Favorites lists to no avail. When those lists are selected in Lists to Monitor (along with the Full Database), the display shows Nothing to Scan. Any other favorites are fine, including other P25 conventional frequencies in other bands- those scan just fine. These are NOT ENCRYPTED, they're just not being included in the scan list at all. This can be seen in the display as the other frequencies are being scanned What am I missing?

Be sure the appropriate Service Types for those channels are turned on.
Another important thing to check would be location control settings. If you turn off location control for that particular list, it will scan no matter where you are.
