I was able to find info on how to make text for upper case or lower etc..
When I downloaded sites and groups from RRDB and it is not spaced out and when I add them to the locations and gives errors.

Talkgroup not spaced below. How to space them out? I did look up that info and nothing changed when I did the settings.
P25,91FC4.00A,271,50,Normal,0,0000/00/00 0:00,"[Radio Tech 271] Radio Technicians"

Do you by chance have DSDPlus running when editing the data files? For some reason I seem to remember pasting rr downloads in (with no spaces) and after restarting DSDPlus, there were spaces. But its been a while.

Looking at my files now, I don't see anything looking the way it did when I pasted it in. There is sufficient space where needed.

When I was getting systems from open bands and I decide to download the TG and Sites. Before I downloaded the I turned closed all DSDPlus windows and download the 2 files and there no spaces. I copied and pasted it in the folder with no spaces and restarted DSDPlus and nothing changed. Today I decide to get rid of the extra spaces. After I got rid of the extra spaces on Sites section no issues. On TG side I didn't change the extra spaces. I did make notes case if I download something new I can space the sites. If TG need spaces I'll put what the others show spacing amount.

@dave3825 After shut dsdplus down and I downloaded the Tallhassee/Leon County TG's. I didn't change nothing just copied and pasted into the Groups file. I restarted the dsdplus. I went back to the groups section and see if it changed be hold did change after a few mints of running. Weird how on sites it doesn't auto correct it self like Groups does.

DSDPlus only writes the P25Data, Groups and Radios files (and it will "nice" format them for you). - the Networks, Sites, Frequencies and SiteLoader files it only reads, and it's up to you to format those how you like.

I personally organize those files in a way that makes it easy for me to read and find information within (and it looks much like the other files).

In Notepad++, use Find and Replace (Ctrl+H), change the radio box in "Search Mode" to "Extended (\n, \r, \t, \0, \x...)", In the "Find what", put a comma ",", and in the "Replace with" put a comma, backslash t ",\t" this will insert a tab between each column, it won't be perfect (you may have to add additional tabs on specific lines) but it will get you somewhat there - and of course if you've got a comma in a description field it will also get the tab, so those will have to be cleaned up. Fortunately, you only have to do it once, and then in future iterations, you can limit the selection to only do parts of the file.
