During my last few visits to Louisville I have the following notes on the Radio Communications System (800 MHz) System and thought I would share what I have as well as a few conventional frequency finds.

211-02 Talk of transporting people to and from doctors

212–01 Heating & A/C Service, did hear mention of Lennox model # several times, by name

305-01 “I have a wheelchair if necessary”

600-02 Sounds like some sort of plumbing operation, “Changing line from ¾” to 3/8”,“Cooling issues with cooler package unit – Goodman model similar to the one in the warehouse”

700-04 Sierra Units, “10 checking on Harris”

700-06 “On my way to Preferred Best”, Described an “Older Black Male at the corner of Ali & Liberty” (I did see a Metro Parking Authority car with an 800 Mhz antenna only in the area when this call was given out)

700-1 “Security 5”, “Turf Club”

700-5 “First Street” ID Checks – “9 Alpha” , “Building # Clear”, “Gate # Clear”

The term "464.0250 127.3 UNKNOWN - '4 point in bed'" is consistent with having to restraint a combative patient in bed. So I imagine you may be talking about some hospital. It could, emphasize could, be University Hospital security.

Yes, this is Norton Hospital security frequency.
464.0250 Output 469.0250 In PL 127.3

I believe sig. 9 means leaving/checking building
Sig. 10 means entering/checking building.

Duh, I feel stupid.
All the time I have spent at Kosairs and having their security frequency as (gasp) my priority.

I guess while I was there my mind (what little is left) was not on the scanner, but actually on what it should be on
