I got the message after downloading for the first time (Nothing Enabled) Do I need to go in and do something else now.

You need to enable at least one of your scanlists by pressing 1 through 0 and/or "func" 1 through 0 on the scanner's keypad.

I think I have it figured out. It is scanning now I just thought all I had to do was download it and it would start.
