nothing to scan

Last night i uploaded 6 new groups to my 246t and when i did one of my
groups on quick ley #1 tells me that there is nothing to scan and it
is not looked out. When i manually scan my group i can see all my
frequencies and i can recieve them. when i go back to scan mode it
tells me again that there is nothing to scan. The group is not locked
out and it is set to quick key #1. It was working fine before i
uploadedd the last 6 groups. memory usage is at 62 percent. the only
thing that has changed is that i have uploaded 6 new groups from radio
reference using arc246t. Can someone help me with this? i am about
ready to wipe the whole thing and roload everything from the firmware
to the groups

It sounds like you haven't enabled the Group Quick Keys for the channel groups in the system. To enable them:

1) Press F and scroll to the system.
2) While continuing to hold F, press the number buttons corresponding to the quick key assignments for the system's channel groups.
