I would appreciate that when reporting an incident in progress please report what's local to you unless it is a big enough event to justify it. Do not repost IPN or other announcement system messages.
When you post an incident you should be providing as many details as possible, including frequency and TG information. Make your subjects as descriptive as possible; the location is mandatory.
If you wish to discuss an incident either reply to the thread or start a new one in the California forum. News articles and the like belong in the California forum.
