Notifications that my feeds are down, but they are not

Anyone else getting notifications that their feed is down? I have looked at both of mine and they are online and have been for over an hour on the one and days on the other one. Not sure what is up with it but they are online lol. Should I just take them offline for a minute and then bring them back online to correct it or is there something flaky going on with the servers?

Gotta be a server glitch then as the three of us have the same issue..... Hopefully @blantonl can chime in and shed some light as to what is going on and how to fix if it is on our end and not the servers.

Same here, but my logs show no disconnects since I rebooted 12 days ago.

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues with their listeners counts or receiving phantom "feed down" messages? Not a big deal, just curious. Seems to have been acting odd for the last several hours

I received the notifications on my feeds as well. However, I didn't receive any notifications from my own monitoring software so figured it was an issue with RR notifications.

I received a "feed down" notice about 30 minutes ago. My feed is up and I am listening to it now.

Same here. And my radiofeed program shows 0 listeners when there are much more than that showing on the phone app.

I’m aware of the problems with the feed stats and emails... we’re working on the problem . Stay tuned.

Everything should be back to normal.

We're rolling out a TON of infrastructure updates and changes, and the stats and reporting functions got caught in a nasty little bug. All is better now (I hope)
