Notre Dame PD on 800mhz

Has anyone heard Notre Dame PD on 800mhz. They are switching to Indiana Sate Police system

Not yet but when I hear them I will post it because my 436 is on 14 hours a day and I have a ID search system on all the time. The last time I heard them was on the old system.

There are plans to install a new transmitter site for the SAFE-T TRS on campus. It's currently pending before the FCC right now. I believe it will be part of the countywide simulcast cell.

Yes it will be part of the Simulcast. Unlike the other new sites being done in Hendricks county and others that are additional coverage/expansions and IDOC additions.

UM my son in law works for Notre Dame PD and they are in radio testing mode. The tower has been up and installed on campus.

I was thinking of adding them to my feed during the football games but not sure how much that would tie everything up... I'm assuming it's a very busy channel during those times?

They have been testing 2 or more times a day lately ND Fire.
