Heading to Notre Dame for Lacrosse Tourney this weekend. Is Notre Dame on SAFE-T or still on Conventional Frequencies? Same for St.Joe county.

According to the database, they have received their SafeT radios but that's it, so sounds like no need to program in SafeT.
