Anybody have any ARC250 files they are will to share with me for Nova Scotia? I will be leaving for Musquodoboit harbour tomorrow and don't want to have to program my scanner up by hand if somebody has already gone through the trouble.

If however you need any information about the area beyond what's on the database here, I'll tell you what I can. The database entries for the provincial TMRS isn't bad. I'm not sure how familiar you are with NS, so I'll give some information:
You can get a map of the TMRS sites from the Province's website here: http://www.gov.ns.ca/tran/govservices/TMRS.htm (doesn't open in Firefox), so you can figure out which towers you should have if you're driving in from the NB border; from the Musquodoboit area you should be able to get the following sites: Musquodoboit, Tangier, Marinette, Preston. Might get Ecum Secum and Shubenacedie - maybe. You may also want to program Geizers Hill in Halifax just in case, it's the busiest site in the system and has surprisingly good coverage in some areas.

You'll want to program all of the HRM Fire talkgroups listed, as well as all of the EHS (Emergency Health Services) ones as well. Musquodoboit Harbour lies within EHS' North 2 talkgroup, but you'll probably also hear North 1 and Central 1. Central 1 is for the Halifax/Dartmouth area. If you have a digital scanner, program the HRP (Halifax Regional Police) and RCMP talkgroups as well. The HRM Fire station in Musquodoboit is station 24 which is in zone 1. Stations 2 - 18 are core stations, 19 - 63 are rural stations. Paging is on VHF, on the following frequencies, with pager tests every evening at 7pm (or sometimes later): http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?ctid=4698
