So my brother and i play airsoft, and we're trying to devise a new game type using a few radio transmitters to transmit a signal out to small am/fm radios, and the players must shutoff the radios to advance on to the last checkpoint.(using whats seen in the video link above.) What i want to know is, is there a way to expand the range without needing a license to operate it without an antenna. Im looking to expand this out to around a 50ft radius, if possible. Thanks for any help. it would be greatly appreciated!

The attachment is our plan with what we're working with at the moment with the 30ft radius of what is described in the video. The red X's are where the transmitters will be placed, and the circles around them represent the radius.

so, pretty me get this straight...

As you progress through the air soft game the idea is to deactivate each transmitter? I was thinking fox hunt, but chances are each player already knows the location of each transmitter. Adding an antenna would expand the transmitter range, without local interference. Yet if you are using three transmitters on the course, ideally three frequencies would be required. I'd guess. Is this close to what you want to do?
