After much trial and error I am now able to monitor Okaloosa Fire and EMS again. They had moved over to SLERS sometime ago. Thanks to the forums I was able to use a tapped scanner, SDR-RTL Dongle, Unitrunker and DSD+ to accomplish this. This setup will also allow for voice following. Even though Okaloosa Fire and EMS are on Provoice, there channels are not encrypted. FHP is a different story, they are fully encrypted. Tonight is a great night.
