The National Park Service in the area of Lackawaxen and the Roebling Aqueduct would fall under the Uppder Delaware River on 164.57500 correct?

Yes.... and they have been migrating to P25 Phase I. Don't know if they've completed the changeover yet though. Are you able to determine whether or not there is P25 activity on 164.575?

I probably will this week, yes. I know the one Park Ranger's truck parked at the Lackawaxen Maintenance Shed this past Thursday had an APX6500 in the console.
