I know that the fire departments are all on the Ft. Worth system, but under Watagua there is still a conventional freq listed in the database for fire toneout (483.45 I believe.) is this frequency still in use or has it gone by the wayside and just never deleted? Thank you.

They do their tone outs on the NRHW Fire Alarm talkgroup, so I wouldn't think it's still used for tone outs. It may be used for analog inter-op if ever needed or outdoor warning sirens or something of that sort, maybe even simulcasting dispatches, but I wouldn't expect it to be used still for tones full time.

Just speculation as I haven't observed or even thought about looking into it.
