What frequency would I find a Md. Natural Resources Police officer on, in the Howard County area of the Patapsco?

I have looked at the database.

Hmm, wouldn't that be the old 159.09 frequency that the county PD used to use, or is that DNR?

It's quite the alligator...I can hear the repeater very easy on a simple antenna in my condo.

This says yes...

http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?aid=607

I seem to recall somewhere that there was at least 1 repeater site for .09 in that general area (some friends of mine in the CARA ham group were talking about this some time ago), but whether it's still there or not I don't know.

[edit] Hmm, maybe not. According to the FCC query search

http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?stcd=MD&freq=159.0900&action=sf

the nearest one is in Ellicott City. Not quite what you had in mind, I think. But there is 1 license there with no city...

The search continues...

Appreciate your efforts, but like I said, I did look at the database.
Maybe we'll get lucky and someone who's heard them in this area will chime in over the next couple days.

Baybum try 151.205 Pl 103.5 it is a NRP VHF Repeater for the Baltimore Metro Area or 37.420 PL 156.7

I have just begun listening to DNR/NRP again and trying to obtain areas for the new frequencies listed. If I find anything outstanding I will report.

NRP hasn't been using 151.205 in the Baltimore Metro Area, but is using some of the new assignments. I hear NRP in Baltimore Co. being dispatched on 159.3825 Mhz DCS 731. I asked a source in the NRP about low-band, since haven't heard anything on 39.22 Mhz this year. They said low-band is going away and the NRP are going to all high-band. Didn't want to ask too many question, so that is all the information that I have for now.

Thanks for the information I was unaware of that, like I said I just recently began listening again and I am trying to fill the gaps on the new frequency assignments.

I live in Severna Park and routinely hear DNR PD 3xx units using the Crownsville repeater. This is my set up:
155.370 103.5
159.3825 731
159.090 631
159.4050 731

I still have 39.22 programed in but I haven't heard anything on it in a long time. It has probably already been phased out as noted in the earlier post.

155.370 is being used now on an EMS call on the South River. "Tawes" is coordinating DNR/NRP units with AA Fire and USCG.

159.3825 was being used tonight by units in/near the Northeast River, and units around Harve de Grace.
