WPBS788 is live and nationwide, well ok maybe 20 miles wide.
NSRS Site ID 0016 is up and working and has been stable most of the day. This site is listed as Carson City when it is on a hilltop overlooking Carson City, Washoe Valley, Reno and can be seen all the way out to Silver Springs.
What traffic is currently on the site appears to be simulcast of the Washoe County Regional Communications System. No "new" talkgroups heard as of yet. Maybe this is paying back WCRCS for carrying the NSRS in Washoe County. Or maybe they needed traffic since no one else "appears" to trust the NSRS.

The LCN is different than what is listed in the DB and I'll go fix that right away.
I've been monitoring with Etrunker today while I worked on my antenna switch and have been listening for the last couple hours to adjust the LCN. The LCN as above works as of today.
So it seems as though someone is getting the bug to actually get some of our 10 million dollars working.
I still don't hear any other TG's indicating that LV NHP or any other area NHP's are online as of yet.
